Accepting and paying a quote
Accept, pay and receive your payment receipt.
Your quote appears in your ticket in Discord and in the client portal under Quotes & receipts.
Accepting
- In Discord: click the button below the quote.
- On the website: open the client portal, go to Quotes & receipts and click Accept quote.
A quote is valid for a limited time. The date is shown with the quote.
Paying
After accepting you immediately see how to pay. You pay the full price at once, without a deposit. Mention the quote number with your payment.
Payment receipt
Once your payment is in, you receive a PDF payment receipt: in your ticket, by DM and in the client portal.
